About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Maintain the calendar of live events and critical event details across internal and external systems for rights partnerships
- Communicate with partners and collaborate cross-departmentally to ensure event and streaming-agreement details are entered and maintained across the FloSports platform
- Oversee process improvements for live broadcast scheduling workflows
- Assist in strategic planning and scheduling of sports broadcasts
- Perform data cleansing, uploads, and exports within Salesforce
- Develop and create customized reports and dashboards
- Set and ensure high levels of professionalism across all aspects
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong communication skills and proven ability to build strong relationships
- Proficient in Excel and strong data manipulation skills
- Comfortable working with large amounts of data
- Ability to prioritize, complete work accurately, and manage multiple projects
- Basic knowledge of the sports media industry
- Tech savvy and able to thrive in a fast-paced, team environment
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience with Salesforce and/or familiarity with reading and comprehending legal contracts preferred
