About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Run deployments end to end: kickoff, migration, configuration, workflow redesign, training, and adoption
- Drive organizational change inside customer engineering organizations
- Find champions, remove blockers, and sustain adoption
- Define deployment success, measure adoption, diagnose stalls, and run get-well plans before renewal risk
- Design each customer's Flow setup around their programs
- Direct integration work with software-focused deployment engineers
- Provide field feedback that shapes product development
- Partner with commercial account representatives and AEs on expansion opportunities
- Build deployment playbooks, implementation guides, and training materials
Requirements
What you’ll need- Real customer-facing work with customers, clients, or external partners in pre-sales, post-sales, deployment, consulting, or customer-facing engineering
- Experience making organizational change stick
- Ability to work with systems and hardware engineers and translate between engineers and executives
- Experience running long, multi-team rollouts as programs with plans, milestones, stakeholders, and written status updates
- Technical familiarity with data migration, configuration, and APIs at a working level
- Willingness to work in person in San Francisco
- Ability to work in the ambiguity and ownership of an early team
