About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Drive regional integration and strengthen relationships with companies and entrepreneurship ecosystems in São Paulo
Develop and activate corporate partnerships in São Paulo
Promote extension activities for undergraduate students and maintain the related records
Build partnerships with São Paulo’s technology and innovation communities
Bring meetups and other activities to the campus
Represent Infnet and organize initiatives at events within São Paulo’s innovation and technology ecosystem
Organize Infnet’s own events at the campus
Generate qualified leads through events, partnerships, and communities
Record leads in the CRM and track conversion rates and cost per lead
Oversee the operations and infrastructure of the São Paulo campus during established working hours
Identify venues and partnerships for the distance-learning center and in-person examination rooms
Administer in-person examinations in São Paulo, typically in the evenings and on Saturdays, quarterly
Administer in-person examinations in Ribeirão Preto and Campinas, traveling to each city twice per quarter
Support the institution’s general management processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Reside in Greater São Paulo
Bachelor’s degree in Communications (Public Relations, Journalism, or Advertising), International Relations, Tourism/Hospitality/Events, Education, or Business Administration
Experience developing partnerships and corporate relationships
Entrepreneurial and proactive profile
Strong negotiation skills
Availability to spend several days per quarter in Ribeirão Preto and Campinas
Valid driver’s license for use of rental vehicles, when applicable
Experience with technology and innovation communities and ecosystems is a plus
Experience producing B2B/B2C events is a plus
Experience with CRM platforms, HubSpot, relationship marketing, and lead-generation funnels is a plus
Experience with internships, employability, or university–industry relations is a plus
Spreadsheet proficiency
Advanced English proficiency
Knowledge of generative artificial intelligence
Category B driver’s license preferred
Energetic and willing to travel on Saturdays
