About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide hands-on technical guidance and support to clients and implementation partners throughout the entire client life-cycle
Collaborate with BA teams to gain a global understanding of the FlowX platform
Build business processes
Perform testing and debugging
Manage releases
Configure integrations with Front End & Back End
Troubleshoot complex technical challenges with clients, partners, and internal teams
Collect client and partner feedback and identify product enhancement opportunities
Participate as a subject matter expert in client and partner training sessions
Develop and maintain development frameworks, standards, error handling mechanisms, and best practices
Define checklists and project health-check procedures
Run regular audit reports to highlight project health

Requirements

What you’ll need

Requires +2 years of experience in a technical role, such as JAVA developer or a BPMN 2.0 platform configurator
Good understanding of software development principles
Experience with JSON in REST, HTTP/HTTPS class, like postman
Familiarity with architecture principles, APIs, and integrations
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Fluency in English
