About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide hands-on technical guidance and advice to clients and implementation partner personnel throughout the entire project life-cycle
Collaborate with clients, partners, and internal teams to resolve complex technical challenges
Stay in touch with clients and partner delivery teams, collect feedback and challenges, and identify opportunities for product improvements and enhancements
Participate as a subject matter expert during in-class training sessions for clients and partners
Enable clients to become self-sufficient in FlowX.ai capabilities and best practices
Develop and maintain development frameworks, standards, error handling mechanisms, and best practices for configuration teams
Define checklists and project health-check procedures
Run regular audit reports to highlight project health checks
Collaborate with BA teams to understand the FlowX platform, build business processes, perform testing and debugging, manage releases, and configure front-end and back-end integrations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Requires +2 years of experience in a technical role, such as JAVA developer or a BPMN 2.0 platform configurator
Good understanding of software development principles
Experience with JSON in REST and HTTP/HTTPS tools such as Postman
Familiarity with architecture principles, APIs, and integrations
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Fluency in English
