About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide advanced technical support to internal teams and customers
- Conduct site visits and support the business in converting opportunities
- Act as the subject matter expert for product performance, field applications, and value optimization
- Collaborate with Engineering teams to improve product designs, machine performance, and operational efficiency
- Support installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and optimization of equipment and components
- Assist Procurement and Engineering with supplier qualification, vendor development, and technical evaluations
- Develop and deliver technical training programs for customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, support R&D projects, and contribute to product portfolio development and quality standards
- Identify Sales support needs for the regions, including training and sales materials
- Report to the global product line manager of Compact crushers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Jaw & Cone crusher technical & applications knowledge specifically in aggregate applications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Proven success in a technical, product support, or engineering-focused role within mining, heavy industry, or industrial equipment environments
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Experience working directly with customers and cross-functional teams in a technical support capacity
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to deliver technical training and influence stakeholders globally
- Demonstrated integrity, accountability, adaptability, and a customer-focused, solution-oriented mindset
