About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Process monthly payroll for Chile payrolls accurately, compliantly, and on time
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to collect, validate, and submit payroll data
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and supporting documentation for audits and compliance
  • Respond professionally to employee questions about payroll and payslips
  • Assist with payroll reporting and reconciliations, including monthly variance analysis and internal reviews
  • Monitor legislative changes and coordinate with external providers to maintain compliance with local laws
  • Adhere to team KPIs and SLAs
  • Contribute to payroll process improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience working with Chile payroll for white- and blue-collar employees
  • Experience in a high transaction volume and multi-task work environment
  • Experience with global HRIS and payroll vendor systems; Workday, CloudPay, and ADP are an advantage
  • Strong Spanish oral and written communication skills; English is a big advantage
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to detect data inconsistencies
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to maintain confidential information according to legal and ethical standards
  • Ability to meet team KPIs and SLAs
  • Must support payroll compliance with local laws
