About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements, including EPC, supply, procurement, service, customer, and vendor contracts
  • Provide legal support throughout the customer lifecycle, from sales and contract negotiations through project delivery and after-sales services
  • Advise internal stakeholders on contractual obligations, commercial risks, and legal implications of business decisions
  • Support management of contractual relationships with customers, suppliers, and business partners
  • Assist with product compliance and regulatory matters relevant to energy storage projects
  • Contribute to international corporate initiatives and general corporate legal matters across Europe
  • Review contractual arrangements and recommend amendments, extensions, or risk mitigation measures
  • Partner with business teams to develop practical, commercially focused legal solutions
  • Drive process improvements and contribute to the development and effectiveness of the Legal function
  • Ensure legal activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, company policies, and ethical standards

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Qualified lawyer admitted to practice in a European jurisdiction
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional legal experience, in-house or within a law firm environment
  • Experience drafting, reviewing, interpreting, and negotiating complex commercial and project-based agreements
  • Experience supporting large-scale infrastructure, industrial, construction, energy, renewables, or technology projects
  • Strong understanding of contract risk allocation and contract management principles
  • Ability to assess legal risks and provide practical, business-oriented advice
  • Experience working in an international and cross-functional environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong commitment to ethics, compliance, and professional integrity
  • Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.) or equivalent legal qualification required
  • Experience in the renewable energy, energy storage, or broader energy sector
  • Knowledge of EPC contracting and procurement arrangements
  • Experience supporting multinational organizations across multiple jurisdictions
  • Familiarity with corporate governance and compliance frameworks
  • Experience improving legal processes, templates, and operational efficiencies
  • Fluency in German and/or Polish
  • Ability to work effectively across different legal systems and regulatory environments
  • Interest in innovation and continuous improvement within legal operations
