About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee all aspects of Global HRIS and Americas HR operations
  • Manage, configure, secure, and optimize Workday, including HCM, Compensation, Absence, and Talent/Performance modules
  • Serve as Workday subject matter expert and troubleshoot complex issues
  • Support data flows and integrations with platforms such as ADP
  • Develop custom reports, dashboards, and advanced workforce analytics
  • Improve HR processes and workflows through automation and system configuration
  • Lead Workday module implementations and system enhancement projects from requirements gathering through deployment
  • Oversee employment lifecycle events including hiring, onboarding, I-9, job changes, compensation changes, terminations, and benefits
  • Maintain accurate and compliant employee records in HRIS
  • Support onboarding and escalate queries to improve level-1 support
  • Provide hands-on support to meet payroll and other operational deadlines
  • Develop data audits and reconciliation procedures to ensure data integrity
  • Develop core HR capabilities training and maintain HR operations procedures and documentation
  • Audit HR Operations processes for data integrity, accuracy, compliance, and quality
  • Establish accountabilities and standard instructions for support of HR partners, managers, employees, CoE teams, and leadership
  • Mentor and manage the HRIS and HR operations team
  • Manage project timelines and serve as escalation point for complex manager and employee inquiries

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or Information Technology typically required
  • 5–9+ years of progressive HRIS experience, with a focus on Workday environments
  • In-depth functional and technical knowledge of Workday HCM and modules including configuration, business processes, and report writing
  • Ability to manipulate large amounts of data in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs and Index
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in team-based scenarios
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Solid understanding of HR principles, payroll, benefits administration, employee relations, talent acquisition, and compliance
  • Ability to manage and work with confidential information
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
