About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and maintain standards and processes for chemistry, mechanical, and procedural requirements and best practices for liquid cooling system design, installation, maintenance, and operation
- Aggregate field lessons learned and incorporate them into reference documents and training materials
- Maintain relationships with industry groups, OEMs, hyperscalers, developers, and other entities
- Represent Fluid2Chip in technical conference speaking engagements and by publishing technical papers
- Support technical training for field engineering resources
- Create and deliver course content through asynchronous recorded sessions, live classroom and laboratory sessions, and live in-field sessions
- Partner with Operations leaders to verify field skills and knowledge
- Identify knowledge gaps and develop curriculum as industry standards and technologies evolve
- Provide technical support for projects, including plan and specification reviews and redlines
- Support project issue escalations through root cause analysis and corrective action recommendations
- Participate in onsite and virtual meetings as required
- Travel up to 50% to client sites, meetings, business development activities, conferences, and other business activities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Advanced degrees preferred
- 5+ years of high purity process cooling or mission-critical experience in design, construction, or operations
- Cross-functional collaboration across multiple business units
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong risk identification, escalation discipline, and mitigation planning capability
- Ability to analyze and prepare documents, reports and correspondence
- Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form (technical and non-technical information)
- Experience utilizing Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams) and business technology platforms
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work successfully in a remote environment through effective communication, self-motivation, proactiveness, and strong organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership, employees, clients, and external stakeholders
- Ability to follow company and site safety requirements
- Must be located near a major airport
- Valid REAL ID or acceptable alternative, such as a passport, required for business travel
