About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the North America renewal target and renewal rate for subscription-based products and services, including Premium software licenses, Cloud and Care Packages
  • Manage renewals through direct sales and reseller partners
  • Run a structured renewal cadence from early contact through quoting, negotiation and closing before expiry
  • Maintain accurate renewal pipeline values, dates, stages and forecasts in Salesforce
  • Engage customers, mostly remotely, through software and cloud demonstrations, value conversations, negotiation and contract closing
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and hand them to Area Sales Managers and the Key Account Manager
  • Reactivate lapsed licenses and recover at-risk accounts with Customer Success
  • Enable reseller partners on the renewal process and collaborate on their renewal base
  • Improve renewal processes and tools with Sales Operations
  • Travel occasionally to customers as the subscription product expert and represent the software and cloud expert role at reseller events, Flyability events and targeted trade shows
  • Work with the Key Account Manager, Area Sales Managers, Customer Success Manager, resellers and the global renewals counterpart
  • Report to the Head of Key Accounts & Customer Success and be part of the Denver team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering or a related field
  • 5+ years in B2B sales or account management, with subscription or recurring-revenue models
  • Experience working with resellers or channel partners is an asset
  • Experience in the industrial inspection or surveying industry is a plus
  • Fluent English; any other language a plus
  • Organized and rigorous, with strong cadence management
  • Confident negotiator, comfortable discussing value and price
  • Clear communication with customers, partners and colleagues
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing detail
  • Comfortable using CRM tools; Salesforce experience preferred
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Based in or willing to relocate to the Denver area
  • Able to travel up to 20% of the time
