About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Process customer transactions at branch locations
- Provide exceptional, friendly, positive, consistent, efficient, and accurate customer service
- Exceed customer expectations and make appropriate decisions for customers
- Participate in training activities to develop teller skills
- Work with the team to achieve individual and team success

Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or GED
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Desire to meet the financial needs of customers and the community
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Candidates must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship
- Ability to lift and carry 25 pounds (desired)
- Previous cash handling experience (desired)
- Previous Teller experience (desired)
- Demonstrated customer service skills (desired)
- Critical thinking and creative problem solving skills (desired)
- Bilingual in Spanish (preferred, not mandatory)
