About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and deliver network projects for customers across Surrey, Kent, Sussex and London
- Deliver LAN/WAN refreshes, SD-WAN rollouts, firewall deployments and wireless deployments
- Work with vendors including Meraki, Aruba, Cisco, SonicWall and Ubiquiti
- Act as the escalation point for complex network issues
- Scope solutions on customer calls
- Mentor other engineers
- Support cloud migrations, servers and virtualisation
- Contribute to security implementations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in IT support, infrastructure or solutions delivery
- CCNA certification
- Expertise in VLANs, routing and switching, firewalls, WAN/SD-WAN and wireless design
- Confidence with networking vendors such as Meraki, Aruba, Cisco, SonicWall or Ubiquiti
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Clear communication with non-technical customers
- Full UK driving licence
- Willingness to travel to customer sites
