Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of solid HR generalist experience across the employee lifecycle
  • Confidence managing complex employee relations cases and advising managers at all levels
  • Coaching mindset focused on building manager capability
  • Data-driven, analytical approach
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build trust quickly
  • CIPD qualified or working towards CIPD qualification
