About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide high quality customer experience for installation and maintenance of customers' ICT solutions, remotely and onsite
  • Act as an escalation point for complex faults within area of specialism
  • Lead delivery of small, medium and large projects as part of a team
  • Audit and document client infrastructure and site surveys to a high standard
  • Attend customer calls for technical discussions, scoping and design
  • Mentor and support other engineers, sharing best practice and technical leadership
  • Provide remote and onsite support and installations for SME and enterprise customers across Central London
  • Lead projects related to one or more areas of specialism

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Prior experience in an IT support or delivery role, ideally within an MSP
  • Subject matter expert level knowledge in at least one of the following: Networking; Server & storage; Cloud
  • Solid generalist technical knowledge
  • Confident troubleshooting ability
  • Ability to architect solutions within your area of expertise
  • Full valid UK driving licence
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites across Central London most days
  • Flexibility to adjust hours or stay overnight for larger project work when needed
  • Relevant vendor certifications are desirable but not essential, including Microsoft, Meraki, SonicWall, Aruba or Cisco certifications and active certifications such as MS-101, MS-100, AZ-104 or AZ-140
