About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design, deliver and support network and IT projects for customers across London
  • Deliver LAN/WAN refreshes, SD-WAN rollouts, firewall deployments and wireless deployments
  • Work with vendors including Meraki, Aruba, Cisco, SonicWall and Ubiquiti
  • Act as the escalation point for complex network issues
  • Scope solutions on customer calls
  • Mentor other engineers
  • Support cloud migrations, servers, virtualisation and security implementations
  • Travel daily to customer sites across London

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience in IT support, infrastructure or solutions delivery
  • CCNA certification
  • Genuine expertise in VLANs, routing and switching, firewalls, WAN/SD-WAN and wireless design
  • Confidence with networking vendors such as Meraki, Aruba, Cisco, SonicWall or Ubiquiti
  • Strong troubleshooting instincts and clear communication with non-technical customers
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites
  • Home based in London
