About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Answer inquiries relating to e-store purchases, product registration, and software activation by phone, email, and live chat
- Proactively reduce incoming inquiries
- Coordinate sales emails and beta feedback for the Support department
- Assist with responding to customers via social media channels
- Handle e-store purchasing, order tracking, pre-sales queries, and returns
- Assist customers with product registration, software activation, and installation
- Facilitate operational tasks between end-users, resellers, and distribution partners
- Provide feedback to the e-commerce team in bi-weekly meetings
- Coordinate incoming feedback and technical inquiries to the Support team
- Monitor and respond to TrustPilot reviews
- Collaborate with global support team members and collect feedback on common customer issues
- Manage spare parts orders in region-specific territories
- Update the FAQ page
- Participate in the Focusrite/Novation beta testing program
- Report to the Customer Service Supervisor and liaise with e-store customers, website account users, support, e-commerce, QA, Sales, Logistics, and logistics partners
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Clear communication skills through phone and email
- Exceptional listening skills and ability to stay calm and helpful in any customer scenario
- Good working knowledge of Mac and PC platforms
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite
- High School Diploma, general education degree, or equivalent experience
- General knowledge and interest in Focusrite Group product offerings and family of brands
