About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the first point of contact for inbound member inquiries
  • Document interactions and ongoing resolutions for follow-up
  • Use FAQs, knowledge bases, and SOPs to resolve questions

  • Perform real-time eligibility checks and provide benefits guidance

  • Manage inquiries regarding incentive offerings with internal teams and external vendors
  • Protect sensitive and protected information
  • Collaborate with peers, leaders, and internal groups on complex problems
  • Achieve quality assurance, first-contact resolution, and schedule-adherence goals

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
  • Ability to manage multiple ongoing tasks and deadlines
  • Ability to adapt to workflow and process changes
  • Ability to navigate knowledge bases and multiple systems simultaneously
  • Experience solving complex problems requiring critical thinking and resource navigation
  • Detail-oriented and committed to accurate, complete resolutions
  • Goal-oriented; able to meet metric and quality goals
  • Reliable high-speed internet: approximately 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload minimum
  • Prior remote experience highly preferred: 1+ years in a dedicated work-from-home or hybrid call-center environment
  • Ability to communicate complex information concisely in writing
  • Experience handling sensitive and protected information, including PII and PHI
  • Basic understanding of HIPAA
  • Completely private, secure, and quiet workspace
  • Availability Monday-Friday between 9 AM and 5 PM PST; availability until 8 PM PST is a plus
  • Approximately 29 hours per week; temporary position lasting up to 6 months
