About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead a cross-functional Activation Pod of Engineering, Design, Data, and Marketing partners
  • Own the Activation roadmap from discovery through launch and iteration
  • Build and improve marketing tooling, sign-up and scheduling flows, and incentive program structure
  • Define and track funnel metrics from outreach to first visit by channel, client, and member segment
  • Run an experimentation program with clear hypotheses, fast readouts, and confident rollouts
  • Shape the member incentive strategy, including offer, audience, timing, and cost
  • Tie incentives to unit economics, cost per activated member, downstream visits, and client ROI
  • Test and tune incentive design within client, plan, and regulatory constraints
  • Shape messaging and channel strategy across calling, email, SMS, mobile, and other channels
  • Drive technical enablement for deliverability, consent and opt-in logic, eligibility data, scheduling, and tracking
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Data, and Partnerships to improve member activation
  • Report to the Chief Product Officer

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in growth, activation, or lifecycle marketing
  • A track record of moving funnel metrics through experimentation
  • Hands-on experience with messaging channels (SMS, email, push)
  • Working knowledge of consent and privacy requirements such as TCPA and HIPAA
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with analytical tooling
  • Metrics-driven and optimization-minded
  • Strong communication skills
  • Commercially minded; understands cost per outcome and incentive return
  • Technical proficiency sufficient to read data tables, trace bugs, and discuss delivery problems with engineers
  • Empathy toward cost-conscious members navigating food insecurity
