About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and champion Foodstuffs’ enterprise change practice
- Build and lead the Change Centre of Excellence, including its vision, services, priorities, success measures and team of Change Managers
- Create frameworks, playbooks, templates and readiness tools to support adoption of new ways of working
- Own the change and communications strategy for major programmes
- Advise executives, Boards and sponsors on change impacts and adoption
- Track adoption and benefits
- Grow change capability across the business
- Lead major initiatives through implementation in stores, distribution centres and support teams
- Report to the Head of Enterprise Transformation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience creating or leading an enterprise change practice, team or centre of excellence
- Strong storytelling and influencing skills
- Confidence presenting to Boards and senior leaders and showing the value of change
- Ability to navigate complex stakeholder groups across multiple functions and governance forums
- Exposure to frontline retail
- Ability to improve processes that affect customer engagement
- Knowledge of change methodologies and judgement to adapt them
- Track record of leading and developing change practitioners
- Adaptability and willingness to learn and grow
