About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with People & Capability teams to deliver HR and payroll technology solutions supporting the people strategy
- Own SAP SuccessFactors modules and other people platforms, including requirements gathering, testing, adoption and continuous improvement
- Support new system implementations and enhancements, focusing on usability, accessibility and frontline needs
- Support system releases, upgrades, testing activities and continuous improvement initiatives
- Identify opportunities to improve system functionality, simplify processes and enhance user experiences
- Help maintain high-quality people data and reporting capabilities
- Troubleshoot issues, configure new processes, test system changes and investigate solutions
- Work closely with People & Capability teams, IT and business stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience working with HRIS platforms, ideally SAP SuccessFactors
- Strong understanding of HR processes and systems
- Experience delivering system enhancements, projects or transformational change
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Knowledge of reporting, HR metrics and data analysis
- Experience working alongside IT teams on integrations, testing and release activities
- Adaptability and willingness to learn and grow
