About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the design and standardisation of end-to-end replenishment practices from back dock to shelf
  • Work alongside store teams to coach, retrain, and uplift execution capability
  • Embed consistent approaches to aisle-ready processes, zone ownership, and daily routines
  • Drive behavioural change to ensure new practices are sustained long-term
  • Run plan–do–review cycles to test and refine ways of working
  • Provide hands-on support to resolve in-store execution challenges
  • Ensure SOPs and training materials are practical, current, and effective
  • Capture feedback and continuously improve replenishment practices
  • Strengthen and embed best-practice replenishment across the retail network

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous experience in retail operations, replenishment, or inventory management
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end store execution, from back-of-house through to the shelf
  • Experience retraining teams and embedding consistent ways of working
  • Demonstrated ability to lead change and influence behaviours
  • Comfortable working with SAP replenishment systems and other retail tools
  • Ability to simplify complex processes and teach them clearly in a practical, store-based environment
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Ability to build credibility quickly with teams and drive alignment across diverse stakeholders
  • Sharp eye for detail
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset
  • Confidence to work independently in a field-based role
