About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver and embed approved regulatory training and support in stores
  • Build store capability through hands-on coaching, practical training, and in-store support
  • Support deployment of regulatory change, compliance-related system updates, and new ways of working

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experienced retail operator with experience on the shop floor or supporting store operations
  • Understanding of store operations and ability to build trust, coach teams, and embed new ways of working
  • Confidence navigating compliance, regulatory, audit, or risk requirements
  • Experience translating complex information into practical, easy-to-follow guidance
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in change environments
  • Credibility, resilience, attention to detail, and a pragmatic, hands-on approach
