About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Monitor the website daily and work with the creative team to deliver content updates
- Conduct regular website checks to ensure high performance
- Assist with daily, weekly, and annual performance reporting
- Ensure key categories are fully merchandised and optimised to drive sales
- Conduct site walks to identify broken links, incorrect product descriptions, placement issues, and imagery issues
- Liaise with the wider team to approve products and featured marketing communications
- Work with the UX team to build and develop experiences that remove friction and optimise sales
- Review search words and customer drop-offs to improve the customer journey
- Merchandise search terms and manage search analytics
- Use Google Analytics and other behavioural analytics platforms to monitor alerts, tracking, and consumer journey data
- Use rule-based algorithms and manual modification to merchandise the website and mobile app
- Monitor web stock levels, sell-through rate, and margin to make merchandising decisions
- Work with merchandising teams to build and maintain onsite collections for targeted promotions
- Collaborate with CRM, Affiliate, and Social teams to create seamless customer journeys
Requirements
What you’ll need- Expert in UK culture and a brand fanatic
- Analytically minded and motivated
- Confident using web analytics tools, including Google Analytics and GA4
- Experience managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly organised with ability to manage own workload
- Proactive attitude and ability to thrive in a varied, fast-paced environment
- Experience in an ecommerce role, ideally within fashion or fast-paced retail
- Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms
- Confident using Microsoft Excel for data analysis
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles and onsite merchandising best practice
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to interpret data, extract insights, and communicate findings clearly
