About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design, implement, optimize, and maintain customer user journeys across Braze and Segment
  • Support segmentation strategies to deliver personalized marketing campaigns and customer interactions
  • Own A/B testing and product analytics, leveraging data insights to improve marketing performance in Statsig
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, business management, and external vendors to ensure project success
  • Maintain and troubleshoot technical issues, including testing Martech capabilities for ease of use, speed, and performance
  • Manage data integrations by defining and building APIs, handling JSON-formatted data, and implementing integrations within an event-driven architecture
  • Develop and maintain internal technical documentation
  • Develop proof-of-concept solutions to validate technical feasibility
  • Gather requirements and implement platform enhancements with stakeholders
  • Stay current with emerging digital trends and evaluate their potential impact
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for digital banking
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing or a related field required; Master's Degree preferred
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in development and/or operational management of client facing technologies required
  • Understanding of marketing automation, digital advertising, customer data platforms and content management systems
  • Experience with Braze, CDP, and WordPress preferred
  • Expertise in developing new technical solutions
  • Experience in marketing automation required
  • Deep familiarity with agile development methodologies and project management tools
  • Experience building and managing customer journeys using platforms such as CDP (Segment) and Braze
  • Proficiency in reading and understanding technical documentation, including API specifications, sequence diagrams, and detailed system designs
  • Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL
  • Experience building APIs highly preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Outstanding problem-solving and time management skills
  • Self-motivated, self-directed, and results-oriented
  • Adaptable and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Can work independently and within a team; solution-oriented with a collaborative approach
