About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design and execute short- and long-term sales plans to hit revenue targets within the DoW Navy Account team
  • Set territory strategy and account pursuit plans across the Navy portfolio
  • Drive team performance through pipeline generation, stage management, deal reviews, forecasting, and strategic coaching
  • Lead, coach, and develop account executives selling Everfox technical solutions to Navy accounts
  • Forecast bookings, manage pipeline health, track core team metrics, and ensure consistent attainment
  • Recruit, onboard, and retain sales talent aligned to Navy mission priorities
  • Guide the team through complex government procurement processes, including contract vehicles, channel partners, and reseller relationships
  • Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS and Navy-specific contracting requirements
  • Leverage Navy acquisition frameworks to accelerate deal cycles and reduce friction
  • Build and maintain executive relationships with Navy decision-makers, military officials, program managers, and system integrators
  • Represent Everfox as a senior leader within the Navy defense ecosystem
  • Cultivate strategic partnerships across key Navy accounts and program offices
  • Ensure the team develops and maintains data sources supporting pricing strategies, customer program insights, pipeline targeting, forecast accuracy, and business investments
  • Analyze territory performance, competitive landscape, and customer trends to refine the team's go-to-market approach
  • Partner with pricing, channel, capture and proposal management, product, marketing, and services teams
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders to support complex opportunities and ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of sales experience
  • 3–5 years managing high-performing sales teams
  • Demonstrated expertise with Navy contracting, procurement, and acquisition structures
  • Experience selling Cross Domain Solutions, Zero Trust architectures, and Multi-Level Security technologies
  • Proven success building and scaling teams managing large, strategic government accounts
  • Strong coaching and talent development track record
  • Established network and visible presence within the defense technology and Navy communities
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Active Top-Secret clearance
  • Applicants may need to be U.S. Persons for positions subject to ITAR/EAR requirements
