Energy Analyst, Asset Management

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform daily production monitoring in Locus and proactively mitigate real-time issues
- Coordinate with main contractors for maintenance and operational compliance
- Coordinate monthly invoicing for all portfolios
- Assist FP&A with billing, revenue collection, invoice tracking, settlements, and other financial administration
- Support Community Solar program management, ad-hoc reporting, utility coordination, and subscriber agreement compliance
- Support monthly and annual operational reporting and deliver reports to relevant counterparties
- Collaborate with Legal, Project Finance, Project Development, and other cross-functional teams on shared service agreements and reporting
- Analyze results and compare actual, expected, and modeled performance
- Track compliance with project agreements, including PPAs, Financial Partnership Agreements, O&M Agreements, and REC Agreements
- Maintain databases covering operations, insurance, system repairs, contract administration, regulatory compliance, and financial reporting
- Build and maintain tools and standards for process improvement, data analysis, project tracking, documentation, and reporting
- Support relationships and contract compliance with O&M, asset management, REC, monitoring, and offtake counterparties
- Manage DAS provider relationships and troubleshoot issues with the technical team
- Manage communication and billing coordination with end-use customers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree with high academic achievement
- Proven ability to perform accurately in data analysis and meet deliverable deadlines
- Strong computational and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills in both oral and written English
- Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
- Ability to proactively manage diverse relationships and multiple, complex projects simultaneously
- Ability to be creative, flexible, and think critically
- Desire to work in the renewable energy field
