About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own product strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for the Field Intelligence team
  • Improve field-team workflows for work planning, data capture, review, follow-up, and resolution
  • Engage with inspectors, field crews, program managers, and operational leaders to understand their work
  • Identify high-leverage AI opportunities while preserving user control, transparency, and trust
  • Partner with Engineering and Design to frame problems, evaluate tradeoffs, define requirements, and ship mobile and web experiences
  • Define success metrics including adoption, task completion, data quality, time saved, issue-resolution time, and customer outcomes
  • Lead discovery through interviews, workflow observation, prototypes, pilots, usage data, and experimentation
  • Balance immediate customer needs with platform capabilities, reliability, and long-term differentiation
  • Develop rollout and change-management plans for regulated and operationally critical workflows
  • Equip Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing with product narratives, launch materials, demonstrations, and adoption context
  • Communicate priorities, decisions, risks, and learnings across the company

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of product management experience, including meaningful ownership of a complex product area from discovery through launch and iteration
  • Excellent product judgment and ability to make sound decisions with incomplete information
  • Builder’s mindset with hands-on use of prototypes, data, workflow models, and technical exploration
  • Experience shipping AI-powered product experiences to real users
  • Understanding of evaluation, failure modes, guardrails, and real-world iteration for AI products
  • Strong customer instincts and experience learning from operational, technical, or domain-specific users
  • Track record of shipping workflow-heavy B2B or enterprise software with measurable outcomes
  • Technical fluency in data, integrations, AI capabilities, constraints, and system tradeoffs
  • Clear, concise communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Comfort operating autonomously in a growing company with a collaborative, quality-focused approach
  • Experience with mobile or reliability-critical products is beneficial
  • Familiarity with government, construction, utilities, infrastructure, climate, or another regulated industry is beneficial
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model based out of a listed Talent Hub, or work fully remotely
  • Legal authorization to work for any employer in the United States without restrictions
  • No stated educational credential requirement
