About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own logistics for conferences and sponsored dinners, including invites, RSVPs, preparation, and vendor coordination
  • Plan and run Foresight-hosted breakfasts and roundtables
  • Manage venues, run-of-show, and event details
  • Coordinate co-branded, partner-sponsored events and obtain partner marketing sign-off on naming, branding, and messaging
  • Keep event stakeholders aligned end to end
  • Coordinate white papers, how-to guides, and case studies through drafting, editing, design, and print
  • Tie content releases to events where possible
  • Ensure finished digital and printed content is delivered on time to team members and clients
  • Decide whether work should be handled in-house or by an agency
  • Track response rates and channel ROI
  • Manage the Marketing Coordinator day to day and support his development
  • Execute Foresight's marketing calendar for its AI-driven infrastructure capital programme software

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience running real event and/or content programs
  • Agency-side or in-house experience
  • Track record of specific events run and content pieces shipped
  • Strong organizational instincts and follow-through
  • Ability to manage several outside vendors and agencies simultaneously
  • Understanding of marketing economics, costs, and reasonable returns
  • Energy, speed, proactivity, and humility
  • Based in the tri-state area
  • Comfortable with a hybrid schedule that flexes around event needs
  • Able to be on-site well ahead of key stakeholders when required
  • Good taste and ability to distinguish strong events and publications from mediocre ones
