About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop department budgets for expenses and capital investments
  • Monitor and analyze actual spending against budget
  • Report actual performance and key performance indicators to support business decisions
  • Gather, review, analyze, and report spending data
  • Drive the budget development process and quantify the program plan
  • Lead budget review meetings with business partners and engineering leadership
  • Drive reporting, finance processes, and discipline for annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, monthly reviews, and long-range plans
  • Support internal controls, including purchase request approvals, monthly accruals, budget-versus-actual reviews, and regular risk assessments
  • Partner with Finance Systems and Finance Business Intelligence teams to develop reporting dashboards
  • Drive continuous process improvement, standardization, simplification, and reporting enhancements
  • Maintain high standards of financial accuracy, documentation, and operational rigor
  • Partner with G&A teams and leadership while reporting to the Director of Corporate FP&A

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Corporate Finance
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
  • Deep understanding of expense accounting principles including accruals, amortization, and capitalization
  • Ability to influence stakeholders, challenge existing processes, and drive continuous improvement
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work onsite from the listed work location in a hybrid function
  • Legally eligible to work in the United States
  • Must be able to work onsite from one of the offices 3+ days per week
