About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design, implement, and optimize data center network architectures and deployments.
  • Ensure the reliability, performance, scalability, and security of production and development network infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, SaasOps, and Customer Success teams on networking solutions across private and public cloud environments.
  • Manage, configure, and monitor network infrastructure, including configuration management, network automation, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation for incident response and continuous availability of mission-critical network services.
  • Coordinate and execute data center visits for infrastructure deployment, server maintenance, and operational support.
  • Evaluate new technologies, enhance operational processes, maintain technical documentation, and contribute to network standards and best practices.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven experience designing and operating large-scale data center and cloud network infrastructure with a focus on scalability, resilience, and security.
  • Strong knowledge of modern networking technologies, including routing, switching, network security, load balancing, virtualization, and software-defined networking.
  • Experience using Python, Bash, Ansible, or similar tools to automate network provisioning, configuration, and operations.
  • Hands-on experience with Linux systems and the ability to troubleshoot across network, operating system, and application layers.
  • Experience with Network Functions Virtualization (NFV) and virtualized network environments.
  • Familiarity with Juniper networking platforms and JunOS is highly desirable.
  • Experience with network monitoring, observability, performance optimization, and incident response in production environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across cross-functional engineering teams.
  • A proactive, ownership-driven approach with a passion for continuous learning, automation, and operational excellence.
