About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and maintain enterprise websites and digital experiences using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
  • Build modern, reusable, and scalable AEM components using React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
  • Develop and integrate React applications and components within an AEM environment
  • Collaborate with Marketing, UX/UI, Content, and SEO teams to understand business requirements and deliver web solutions
  • Translate designs, wireframes, and marketing requirements into responsive, accessible, high-quality web experiences
  • Ensure websites comply with WCAG accessibility standards
  • Implement and optimize technical SEO, including semantic markup, metadata, structured content, heading hierarchy, internal linking, canonicalization, page performance, and crawlability
  • Optimize frontend applications for performance, Core Web Vitals, responsive behavior, and cross-browser compatibility
  • Develop reusable AEM components, templates, dialogs, and frontend implementations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve frontend, AEM, accessibility, SEO, and performance issues
  • Collaborate with backend developers, QA engineers, designers, content authors, and marketing stakeholders
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to frontend coding standards and best practices
  • Support website releases, enhancements, and production issues when needed
  • Stay current with modern frontend technologies, accessibility standards, SEO practices, and web development trends

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of frontend web development experience
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
  • Strong experience with React.js and modern frontend development
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3
  • Experience developing responsive websites and reusable frontend components
  • Strong understanding of web accessibility and WCAG standards
  • Practical experience implementing SEO best practices for enterprise websites
  • Experience working with Marketing, UX, Content, and other business stakeholders
  • Ability to understand business requirements and independently translate them into technical solutions
  • Experience with Git and modern software development workflows
  • Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
