About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, and execute test cases for FortiGate Cloud products, focusing on SaaS testing
Perform end-to-end testing of new and existing features
Work with product management and development teams to identify and resolve software defects
Review and refine test procedures, test cases, bug reports, and related documentation
Execute manual and automated tests on APIs, databases, and networking components
Identify and analyze root causes of defects and provide actionable quality improvements
Maintain current knowledge of networking, database technologies, and cloud-based applications
Contribute to QA process improvements and best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in software testing, particularly with SaaS platforms
Solid understanding of networking concepts and protocols
Familiarity with database technologies and query languages (SQL, etc.)
Hands-on experience with API testing using tools such as Postman, SoapUI, or similar
Exceptional focus on identifying inconsistencies or potential defects
Strong documentation skills for clear, concise, and actionable reports
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience with test automation frameworks and scripting such as Selenium or Python is highly desirable
Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and services, especially in cybersecurity, is nice to have
Experience working in agile environments and using version control tools like Git is nice to have
Bachelor's Degree
