About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Complete a 2-year Global Leadership Development Program with 3 cross-functional rotations
- Gain exposure to Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), and other strategic finance functions
- Develop knowledge of forecasting, financial reporting, budgeting, business partnership, operational performance, and strategic planning
- Lead an intensive project during each rotation
- Collaborate cross-functionally with business leaders, mentors, and subject matter experts
- Learn how financial insights drive organizational decision-making
- Develop technical finance expertise, analytical capabilities, enterprise acumen, and business partnership skills
- Become eligible for placement in a finance role within ASP after successful program completion
Requirements
What you’ll need- Majors: Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or other related majors
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership experience through internships, campus involvement, projects, or work experience
- Interest in developing technical finance expertise and business partnership capabilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and continuously evolving environment
- GPA: 3.5+ out of 4.0 (preferred)
