About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee support across the APAC region
  • Address and resolve inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, payroll, and other employee matters using voice, chat, and case management tools
  • Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information and payroll inputs
  • Process employment status changes, salary adjustments, benefits enrollment, and time-off requests
  • Improve employee support processes and the knowledge base through feedback analysis and recommended solutions
  • Collaborate with HR and payroll teams to process new hires, terminations, promotions, salary adjustments, and other employee data accurately and promptly
  • Maintain digital employee and related-employee records in accordance with record retention policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations
  • Maintain confidentiality of work-related issues, records, and company information
  • Maintain internal and external databases containing employee information

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to provide exceptional customer service
  • Ability to actively listen to employee needs and effectively communicate solutions
  • Ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and process transactions precisely
  • In-depth understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Ability to identify areas for improvement and drive process enhancements
  • Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 2–4 years of HR administration or related experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of HR administration processes and regulations
  • Familiarity with human capital management principles and practices
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, such as Oracle, preferred
  • Must be proficient in English
