About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Run program management for innovation projects from concept through business model approval
- Keep project teams aligned, unblocked, and on schedule
- Drive planning and development cycles, including annual roadmapping, scoping reviews, and cross-team dependency management
- Support monthly portfolio reporting and deliver strategic updates to senior leaders
- Prepare standard work providing detailed visibility across the portfolio
- Support business cases and ROI analysis for product investments
- Gather inputs and pressure-test assumptions with Product Leadership
- Drive operational excellence through streamlined processes, increased efficiency, and best practices
- Foster innovation and continuously improve operational delivery
- Cultivate relationships with peers, stakeholders, and executives
- Address sensitive and cross-functional issues and foster collaboration across the organization
- Approach complex business challenges with an entrepreneurial, creative, and data-driven focus
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 3+ years of experience in Project/Program Management or Product Operations
- Experience running or supporting a portfolio governance or reporting cadence and an annual planning/roadmapping cycle
- Experience leading programs and projects with cross-functional impact, including hands-on project management of multiple concurrent projects
- Excellent organization skills and a track record of dependable follow-through
- Demonstrated record of problem-solving, influencing, and analytical skills
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written professional skills; ability to compile and present data, insights, and recommendations to different audiences, including executives
- Ability to lead by influence and work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with collaboration tools such as Microsoft 365, Jira, Miro, and other Project Management tools in an enterprise environment
- Preferred: Deep understanding of the product development lifecycle and experience with a SaaS solutions provider
- Preferred: Strong understanding of Product & Engineering organization functions and cross-functional dependencies
- Preferred: Experience building or supporting a business case, ROI model, or investment analysis
- Preferred: Working knowledge of SaaS financial metrics such as ARR and gross margin
- Preferred: Familiarity with portfolio governance and stage-gate style frameworks
