About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own end-to-end program planning and execution across the Fusion SaaS portfolio, including Finance, Order Management, RMCS, Subscription Management, CPQ and enabling systems
- Manage milestones, dependencies, risks and delivery outcomes across workstreams
- Drive the program through crawl, walk and run phases with measurable gates
- Partner with Services and Commercial leaders to deliver scalable systems and workflows for service delivery, renewals, billing, entitlements and lifecycle management
- Ensure systems support service and subscription contracts, revenue recognition, renewals automation and financial and legal compliance
- Drive RMCS and Subscription Management maturity to reduce revenue leakage and improve billing accuracy
- Own strategic vendor and partner relationships for the Oracle Fusion SaaS ecosystem
- Lead joint roadmap planning, influence product direction, manage commercial terms and maximize platform value
- Integrate ERP, CRM, Digital, Data, Finance and Operations capabilities
- Resolve cross-team dependencies across Finance, OM, RMCS, Subscription, CPQ and Services workstreams
- Manage delivery tradeoffs, sequence work based on business value and escalate capacity or priority conflicts
- Define and track business outcomes including speed, revenue enablement, cost avoidance, billing accuracy and operational efficiency
- Provide program status, risk and value-realization updates to the Director Applications, CIO, CFO and L1 team
- Support governance cadence and decision-making forums with data and recommendations
- Coordinate with the EMEA site lead to maintain ERP operational continuity during transition
- Maintain stability across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance and AMS/BPO operations
- Own the Fusion SaaS program budget, including investment, delivery costs, vendor spend and value realization
- Report to the Director Enterprise Applications and collaborate with L1 leadership, CFO, Services and Commercial leaders, ERP and CRM leads, EA/PMO/LPM, IDC delivery teams and EMEA operations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or related field
- 15+ years’ experience in technology leadership
- 5+ years leading large-scale ERP transformations (Oracle Fusion, EBS, SAP or equivalent)
- Proven track record delivering multi-year, multi-workstream SaaS modernization programs in complex, global manufacturing organizations
- Deep understanding of ERP domains including Finance, Order Management, Revenue Management Cloud, Subscription Management, CPQ, Service, Manufacturing and Supply Chain Management
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs, vendor relationships and executive stakeholders
- Progressive and relevant experience driving process improvement
- Proven ability to develop and lead a high-performing team of IT professionals
- Experience managing strategic vendor/partner relationships at the executive level, including joint roadmaps, commercial negotiations and platform influence
- Ability to balance competing priorities and engage with C-suite and L1 leadership
- Excellent planning, prioritizing and organizational skills
- Experience with FBS, Lean, Agile, SAFe, or similar continuous improvement frameworks
- Advanced degree preferred
- Hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud experience and EBS-to-Fusion migration experience is a significant plus
- Oracle ecosystem experience strongly preferred
- Oracle certifications are a plus
- Ability to evaluate technology solutions and develop an implementation roadmap
