About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage approximately 20 deployment projects with varying scope simultaneously
Work with customers to define project scope and goals and build detailed project plans
Take responsibility for project goals and proactively manage delivery for on-time, high-quality deployment
Coordinate internal and external consultant teams and guide them toward project goals
Communicate project progress to stakeholders regularly through multiple channels and quality reporting
Build customer relationships and ensure desired outcomes and high customer satisfaction
Use appropriate tools to control project constraints, risks, dependencies, scope, actions, and schedule
Build and maintain knowledge of Fortra products and services and train customers to maximize service value
Predict risks, capture issues promptly, and use escalation pathways to achieve successful outcomes
Maintain a utilization target of 85% or greater
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree or Similar Work Experience
Formal Project Management qualification such as PMP / Prince 2 / APM / ITIL Transition
Minimum of 2 years of experience leading multi-phased projects, ideally transitioning customers to service in a matrix environment
Minimum of 3 years in customer service/facing industries
Proven experience of key project management skills on complex, dynamic, fast-paced projects
Strong analysis skills and ability to evaluate requirements and modify existing solutions
Excellent interpersonal skills
Dedication to customer service and ability to problem solve and proactively manage project risk and urgency
Ability to motivate and influence customers and third parties
Excellent time management skills and ability to independently manage multiple conflicting demands
Willingness to gain and maintain strong knowledge of all Fortra products and services
Willingness to adapt to new or unfamiliar tasks and responsibilities
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Working knowledge of web applications, information security compliance, and cloud environment architecture is advantageous, but not essential
Some travel may be required (<5%)
