About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment across stores
  • Manage inventory transfers, allocations, and product availability
  • Create, maintain, and track purchase orders and deliveries
  • Analyze sales trends, inventory movement, and stock performance
  • Identify shortages, excess, and slow-moving inventory and recommend solutions
  • Prepare inventory reports and support forecasting and planning
  • Resolve inventory, shipment, and purchase order discrepancies
  • Collaborate with Stores, Warehouse, Buying, Merchandising, Planning, and Operations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1–3 years of experience in inventory, buying, replenishment, merchandising, or retail operations
  • Retail experience preferred
  • Strong analytical and inventory planning skills
  • Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
  • Experience with ERP, inventory, or purchasing systems
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
