Handle litigation and advisory matters in Consumer Law
Review judgments, interlocutory decisions, and appellate decisions
Assess the admissibility, feasibility, and likelihood of success of appeals
Draft small-claims appeals, appellate briefs, motions for clarification, and other applicable appellate filings

Requirements

What you’ll need

Law degree / Completed higher education in Law
Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) to perform activities reserved for licensed attorneys
Excellent legal writing and strong argumentation skills
Knowledge of legal tools and software
Proactive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
Experience in high-volume law firms
Excellent organizational skills
Knowledge of Civil Procedural Law
Experience drafting appellate filings
Strong legal writing, argumentation, and critical analysis skills
