Key responsibilities & impact

Review court cases and determine whether they meet the criteria for closure
Verify compliance with obligations to perform specific actions and make payments, where applicable
Identify cases that have been archived, dismissed, reached final judgment, or meet other closure criteria
Review documents, decisions, and procedural updates supporting the conclusion
Update legal systems, spreadsheets, and tracking databases
Identify registration inconsistencies, outstanding items, and discrepancies in information
Prepare productivity and case-monitoring reports for reviewed cases
Meet analysis targets with quality, accuracy, and close attention to internal criteria
Work on both litigation and advisory matters in Consumer Law

Requirements

What you’ll need

Law degree and active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB)
Excellent legal writing and argumentation skills
Knowledge of legal software and tools
Proactive approach and ability to work as part of a team
Experience in high-volume law firms
Excellent organizational skills
Completed or ongoing higher education in Law, in accordance with company policy
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Civil Procedure
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
Ability to analyze documents and interpret procedural updates
Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented profile
