About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct daily reading, analysis, and screening of court publications in official gazettes and electronic court systems
- Identify notices, summonses, and other procedural acts, ensuring deadlines are properly recorded
- Classify and route publications to the attorneys responsible for each case
- Monitor and track procedural deadlines, ensuring obligations are fulfilled within the statutory time limits
- Support the management of contingencies related to publications, notices, and deadlines
- Handle litigation and advisory matters in Consumer Law
Requirements
What you’ll need- Law degree
- Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB)
- Excellent legal writing and argumentation skills
- Knowledge of legal technology and tools
- Proactive, with the ability to work as part of a team
- Experience in high-volume law firms
- Excellent organizational skills
