About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Draft answers, replies, appeals, and other procedural filings.
- Represent clients in Civil Courts.
- Review cases, develop defense strategies, and monitor case progress.
- Meet procedural deadlines while maintaining a high level of technical quality.
- Update legal systems and prepare reports as needed.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Law degree and active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).
- Excellent legal writing and strong argumentation skills.
- Familiarity with legal technology tools.
- Proactive approach and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Experience in high-volume law firms.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Experience with legal case management systems (Projuris or similar platforms).
- Familiarity with courts’ electronic systems (PJe, eproc, DCP, e-SAJ, among others).
