About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide direct support to attorneys in portfolio management, gaining an understanding of the full lifecycle of legal proceedings
Assist with the use of AI tools for publication screening, case law research, and drafting legal documents
Enter and organize documents in CPJ/Projuris systems, ensuring data integrity for predictive analyses
Monitor deadlines and procedural updates through computerized systems and electronic court platforms
Contribute ideas for automating repetitive tasks
Improve tracking spreadsheets using advanced functions or low-code tools

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently pursuing a Law degree, from the 4th semester onward
Preferably available for a two-year internship
Genuine interest in Generative AI (ChatGPT and similar tools), process automation, and productivity tools
Intermediate proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
Comfortable learning and using new software
Ability to conduct in-depth legal research
Exceptional attention to detail
Strong writing skills and willingness to learn clear, modern legal language (Visual Law)
Participation in Law and Technology research groups is a plus
Knowledge of Notion, Trello, or Canva is a plus
Technical English is a plus
