About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the use of AI tools for publication screening, research, information analysis, and assistance in preparing documents.
- Assist with organizing, updating, and ensuring the quality of information in internal systems, databases, and management tools.
- Support the monitoring of case developments, deadlines, and procedural information in legal systems and electronic platforms.
- Identify opportunities to automate and optimize repetitive tasks.
- Contribute to the enhancement of spreadsheets, dashboards, and internal workflows.
- Support the development and maintenance of simple solutions using low-code tools, automation, and technology resources applied to legal operations.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Genuine interest in Generative AI (ChatGPT and similar tools), process automation, and productivity tools.
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and ease with learning new software.
- Ability to conduct in-depth legal research and demonstrate rigorous attention to detail.
- Strong writing skills and willingness to learn clear, modern legal language (Visual Law).
- Participation in Legal Technology and Law research groups is a plus.
- Knowledge of Notion, Trello, or Canva is a plus.
