About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage Vietnam immigration cases from initiation through completion
- Ensure applications and supporting documentation are complete, accurate and delivered on time
- Act as a day-to-day client contact and provide guidance on immigration processes, requirements and timelines
- Work with clients, assignees and stakeholders to identify and resolve immigration issues
- Identify complex matters and potential risks and develop immigration solutions and client advice with senior team members
- Support consultation and advisory work for new and existing clients
- Monitor developments, trends and changes in Vietnam immigration regulations and practices
- Share relevant immigration knowledge with the wider team
- Develop technical expertise toward becoming a subject matter expert
- Guide and support junior Consultants
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and team training
- Support client initiatives, training and thought leadership activities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ideally 3 to 6 years of relevant experience
- Preferably hands-on experience in Vietnam immigration
- Experience managing Vietnam immigration matters and advising clients on immigration processes and requirements
- Diploma or degree in any discipline
- Background in Law or Legal Services advantageous
- Knowledge and expertise in Vietnam immigration
- Client relationship management and ability to manage client queries
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to explain complex immigration concepts clearly
- Strong research and judgement skills
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple cases, priorities and deadlines
- Ability to work independently and involve senior colleagues when appropriate
- Collaborative team approach and knowledge sharing
- Adaptability and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced professional environment
- Successful completion of pre-employment screening
- Legal authorization to work in the offered position’s location
