About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage a range of immigration matters in assigned countries for a specific client portfolio
- Liaise with third-party vendors and clients to keep cases on track
- Draft and periodically review client/stakeholder correspondence
- Update stakeholders on milestones
- Keep key clients informed about developments in local immigration law and processes
- Coordinate additional services with internal teams, including consular and document teams
- Identify and escalate matters to line managers
- Answer existing and prospective client queries and host consultation calls when applicable
- Conduct document review
- Complete ad hoc projects to streamline and improve processes
- Provide administrative support, including billing, case record updates, document tracking, expiry monitoring, and other ad hoc tasks
- Receive coaching and weekly reviews from Senior Consultants, with managers and senior managers overseeing long-term performance and training
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in Spanish immigration matters
- Spanish language skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage own time and caseload
- Previous experience managing a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Previous customer-facing experience
- Previous case/project handling experience
- Legal authorization to work in Spain/the offered position’s location
- Successful completion of the firm’s pre-employment screening process
- Background check where permitted by local regulations
