About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and develop applications and APIs using .NET / C#
- Build, deploy, and manage services and infrastructure in Microsoft Azure
- Design and optimize databases using SQL Server
- Own solutions from architecture through production deployment
- Leverage agentic AI coding tools to accelerate development, testing, debugging, documentation, and modernization
- Review code, establish engineering standards, and mentor other developers
- Shape architecture and modernize the Microsoft technology stack
- Help define how agentic AI becomes part of the everyday engineering workflow
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong experience with C#, .NET, and modern application architecture
- Hands-on experience managing Azure infrastructure and services
- Strong SQL Server, database design, and query optimization skills
- Practical experience with AI coding agents and agentic development workflows
- Experience with CI/CD, Git, automated testing, and production operations
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and technical leadership skills
- Successful completion of the Firm’s pre-employment screening process
- Legal authorization to work in the offered position’s location
- Successful identity verification and comprehensive background check, where permitted by local regulations
