About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate CBISA reporting and troubadour activities to collect information and report on community involvement and program impact on improving health outcomes in local communities
  • Coordinate the Speakers Bureau and provide speakers on health and wellness topics for internal and external events
  • Plan and coordinate booth setup and staffing for health screenings
  • Develop and implement marketing programs and strategies for maintaining contact with homecare and hospice referral sources
  • Track and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies
  • Follow up with prospective referral sources through personal visits, phone calls, and written communication
  • Develop long-term relationships with key decision makers in target-market organizations
  • Maintain the contact management database and historical contact demographic data for referral accounts
  • Provide education and awareness of home care and hospice services to medical, nursing, and other professional colleagues
  • Respond to and follow up on complaints and concerns from referral sources and physicians, establishing best practices for the future
  • Work Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree in Health Promotion, Marketing, Sales or related field (required)
  • 2 years of health care related sales and marketing experience (required)
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
