About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the primary contact between the organization and ECRI Institute
- Coordinate with facility end users and key stakeholders
- Assist in optimizing and developing the ECRI Recall Management system
- Provide training and support for end users of the Recall system program
- Develop and prepare regular and ad-hoc enterprise-wide reports and dashboards for supply chain logistics leaders, Risk Management, and subcommittee meetings
- Provide operational, data entry, and technical support for recall alert management software
- Provide customer service for technical issues, data updates, and end-user training
- Lead assigned projects supporting ministry objectives for quality, risk, and safety
- Provide requesting departments with reports on recall notification status
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3 years of Purchasing/Supply Chain experience required
- Must live within driving distance to one of Franciscan's campuses
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Up to 20% travel required
